Privacy Policy

When you use ClearIntent, we collect the following information:

Email address — used to create and manage your account

Pillar selections — the life areas you choose to focus on (faith, health, relationships, etc.)

Daily check-ins — your mood and energy check-in responses each day

Intentions — the daily intentions you set for each pillar

Reflections — your end-of-day reflection responses

We don't collect any payment information, location data, or anything beyond what's needed to run the app.

Your data is used to make ClearIntent work for you — nothing else:

Personalizing AI reflections — your check-ins and intentions are sent to an AI to generate a meaningful reflection tailored to your day

Daily affirmations — your pillars and patterns inform the affirmations you receive

Streak tracking — your check-in history is used to calculate your streak and encourage consistency

Improving your experience — we may look at usage patterns in aggregate (never individual) to improve the app

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside of the services listed below.

ClearIntent relies on two trusted third-party services:

Supabase — handles secure data storage and authentication. Your account information and app data live in Supabase's infrastructure. You can learn more at supabase.com.

Anthropic — powers the AI reflections and affirmations. When you submit a check-in or reflection, relevant details are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a personalized response. Anthropic does not store your data beyond what's needed to process the request. You can learn more at anthropic.com.

We choose partners who take privacy seriously, but we encourage you to review their own privacy policies as well.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data:

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections

Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled securely through Supabase

Access to your data is limited to what the app needs to function

No system is perfectly secure, but we are committed to handling your information responsibly.

You are in control of your data:

Access — you can view everything you've entered in the app at any time

Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process your request promptly.

Correction — if something looks wrong, reach out and we'll help

We don't lock you in. If you want your data gone, we'll make it happen.
